Reiki
My Reiki Master lineage stems directly from Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki. Reiki is a form of energy work meant to balance your energy fields, moving any stagnant energy from your body. A session will reduce stress, and promote relaxation, and a sense of well-being and vitality. Reiki is a name for the energy that exists in all of us, and by concentrating the energy within oneself, we can find true healing.
Sound Healing
This experience is available for individuals, couples, or groups. A sound journey promotes deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner peace. I use a wide variety of sound healing instruments to balance out your nervous system, moving you into your parasympathetic nervous system and allowing you to connect with your body and your consciousness.
Yoga
You will experience a deep connection with your body and open new pathways of physical expression as you go through sessions designed to meet your specific movement needs and goals. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, we will further you on your path of healing and self-love. Ranging from restorative yin yoga centered on holding and stretching to power yoga with intense postures and everything in between. P3H will help you choose something based on your body and your goals. Private and group sessions are available.
I attended my first yoga class with Mandy since COVID. I was in complete awe of her confidence, patience, and kindness as a yoga instructor. Mandy has a beautiful way of finding a balance between inviting her students to lean into their edge, while honoring any physical or mental limitations we may have. Mandy is by far my FAVORITE yoga instructor out there.
